The Basay Rural Health Unit extends its heartfelt gratitude to all who participated in our Blood Donation Drive held today, April 16, 2026, at the Basay Municipal Gymnasium. ❤️

With the support of our generous blood donors, dedicated volunteers, barangay health workers,partner agencies, barangay officials, and the Local Government Unit of Basay, this activity became a great success. Because of your willingness to donate, many lives will be saved.

in partnership with GAMOT

The PhilHealth YAKAP Caravan will be conducted to assist members with registration and other PhilHealth-related services. Residents are encouraged to participate and bring the necessary documents.

📄 Please bring photocopies of the following documents:

✔️ Duly filled out PhilHealth Member Registration Form (PMRF)
✔️ Birth Certificate of Member with Registry Number
✔️ Marriage Certificate with Registry Number
✔️ Birth Certificate/s of Child/Children with Registry Number
✔️ Two (2) Valid IDs
✔️ Senior Citizen ID (if applicable)
✔️ Baptismal Certificate
✔️ Other IDs (PWD ID, Latest Pantawid ID, Solo Parent ID)

2️⃣ Register or log in using your mobile number.
3️⃣ Access PhilHealth Services: On the app dashboard, select the PhilHealth Services icon.
4️⃣ Select YAKAP Registration: Choose YAKAP Registration to start the enrollment process.
5️⃣ Confirm Details: Review your membership information and add your beneficiaries/dependents if necessary.
6️⃣ Select Provider: Choose your preferred accredited YAKAP clinic (formerly known as Konsulta Provider).

Our School-Based Immunization Activity is now ongoing! We encourage everyone to get vaccinated for better health. Vaccines offered are:

- Tetanus-Diphtheria (TD) for Grade 1 & 7: Protects against tetanus (lockjaw) and diphtheria, a contagious respiratory infection .
- Measles for Grade 1 & 7: Prevents measles, a highly contagious viral illness.
- Human Papillomavirus (HPV) for Grade 4 (female only): Protects against HPV, which can cause cervical cancer.

💉 Why Vaccinate? Vaccines protect you from serious diseases by building your body's defense.
