Evening everyone, well. Where to begin? I am still tickled pink at the results of the Smoker yesterday. I did the beef roast and the Green Lemon zest pork ribs for 5 hours and the other 2 ribs for 8 hours. The finished product was too good to sell. Truly next level tastes, the whole family loved them.

Out of the chiller and coming to ambient temperature before drying off and being put in the smoker. They smell great!!

Hi all, yesterday was hectic so I only got to prep & marinade the meat. 3 pork dishes and a beef roast.
1. Pork ribs w/coffee, pepper & Yellow Habanero sauce (Pineapple, Fuji apple & Banana)
2. Pork ribs, Rock salt & fresh cracked pepper, injected pure Yellow Habanero concentrate and a Green Lemon zest.
3. Pork ribs, Rock salt & fresh cracked pepper, injected w/ Carolina Reaper concentrate.
4. Beef roast, w/coffee, fresh cracked pepper, Rock salt & garlic.
My own rubs and marinade, all fresh raw ingredients. Marinated for 16 hours and will be smoked for atleast 3 hours. You hungry??

Morning or Arvo, depending where you are. The new tarps are done. A bit more relevant design. I plan to smoke 5 pork belly and 5 pork ribs today!!

Evening all, where ever you may be. I just got 4 small posters made to out up around the local area. Small steps but taken firmly. We have over 400 bottles of hot sauce here for your consumption. I'm still trying to workout a cost effective way to send to Oz, NZ, US, middle Europe and the UK. Nice to know I have many that remember me and still love the heat!! My plan is for Interntational COD, so if anyone knows of a cost effective way to do this then please PM me. Get ya chilli on!!
Slow smoking pork chop thingy. 27 hour marinade. Although a success the boss complained there was no flavour inside. (even though there was). Smells a treat!!
