𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

A visit to the Office of 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗖𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗺𝗮 𝗜𝗜𝗜, Municipal Mayor of Bambang, signified an important initiative of King's College of the Philippines-Bambang Inc in advancing its commitment to community engagement and institutional outreach.

A comprehensive and productive discussion was conducted focusing on the expansion of extension services to barangays in need. The dialogue emphasized shared priorities, collaborative planning, and the alignment of programs with the identified needs of the community.

This engagement further strengthened the partnership between the College and the local government, reaffirming a shared dedication to responsive education, sustainable development, and meaningful service to the people of Bambang.

As part of King’s College of the Philippines–Bambang Inc.’s commitment to community engagement, productive visits were conducted with the Municipal Mayor and the Municipal Planning and Development Office of Dupax del Sur, and with the Municipal Mayor of Aritao, to explore extension programs that the school can offer to target barangays. Working hand in hand to support and uplift our communities.

In celebration of the upcoming 37th Founding Anniversary (Fiesta) of Barangay Magsaysay Hill, Bambang, KCP proudly extended its support as part of the school’s Extension Program.

This early engagement reflects KCP’s commitment to building strong community partnerships and supporting meaningful local initiatives. The institution stands alongside the barangay in fostering cooperation, service, and shared growth.

King's College of the Philippines-Bambang Inc Research and Development Office proudly announces the publication of a scholarly research article authored by OIC Director for Research and Development, 𝐌𝐚𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐧 𝐏. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐨, published in 𝐏𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐎: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬, an ISSN-registered journal indexed in Google Scholar and Crossref (DOI).

The study, 𝘾𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙪𝙡𝙪𝙢 𝙎𝙝𝙞𝙛𝙩𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙀𝙘𝙝𝙤 𝙞𝙣 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙇𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙀𝙭𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙨, examines the outcomes of curriculum reforms in relation to the performance of BEED and BSED graduates in the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET). The findings indicate variations in licensure performance despite curriculum changes, emphasizing the need to examine factors beyond academic preparation alone.

This publication reflects the KCP Research and Development Office’s commitment to research productivity, academic quality, and evidence-based practice in higher education.

King’s College of the Philippines–Bambang, Inc. continues to advance its commitment to academic excellence through the successful conduct of a two-day faculty research seminar-workshop entitled “𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: 𝗔 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻,” oganized by the Research and Development Office. The seminar brought together Deans, Program Chairs, and faculty members in a focused effort to enhance research competence, scholarly productivity, and publication readiness. This initiative reflects the institution’s sustained drive to strengthen research culture as a foundation of quality instruction and innovation.

The seminar was led by 𝗗𝗿. 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝗟𝘆𝗻𝗻 𝗠. 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗴𝘁𝗲𝘆, Professor II and Director of the Center for Educational Research and Innovation of Benguet State University. With her extensive expertise in research and evaluation, Dr. Balagtey provided in-depth discussions and hands-on guidance covering the full research lifecycle—from problem identification and methodology design to data analysis and publication strategies.

The activity was spearheaded by OIC-Director Mae Ann P. Marcelino of the Research and Development Office and conducted with the support of OIC-President Dr. Steve A. Solano, underscoring the institution’s strong leadership support for faculty development and research-driven education.

Through initiatives such as this, King’s College of the Philippines–Bambang Inc. reaffirms its dedication to empowering its faculty, promoting scholarly excellence, and contributing meaningfully to the academic and professional community.
