The Aurora State College of Technology (ASCOT) recorded 23 newly licensed Electrical Engineers in the latest licensure examination results.
The College achieved a 62.50% passing rate among first-time takers and a 62.16% overall performanceโsurpassing the national passing percentage of 57.49%.
The new licensed Electrical Engineers are: Nigel Ann Belen, Marco Bermejo, Jericho Cunanan, Mark John Dayaday, Christian Dave Delgado, Merlyn Dudan Cruz, Jheyvin Ellorinco, Jeanzel German, Jeremy Gusilatar, Jeremiah Jinky Lapig, Zia Xcell Laurio, Christian Mariano, Ezekiel Porbido, Arvin Queliza, Shanaia Lizzy Querijero, Gloricel Quirino, Divine Redito, Rhonalyn Ringor, Shaira Mae Rivera, Rochelle Rosinas, Haji Lou Sotero, Ahjie Tordil, and Rica Jane Villanos.
The outcome reflects ASCOTโs continuing efforts to strengthen its engineering programs through a combination of academic preparation and applied training. It also highlights the role of higher education institutions in developing professionals equipped to support essential services and infrastructure.
As they step into the profession, these new engineers are expected to contribute their skills to industries that power communities and sustain development.
