DAR Aurora - Project SPLIT

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 (𝗔𝗥𝗕𝘀) 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗮𝘅 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗦𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗧

The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Aurora, led by OIC PARPO II Josephine K. Aguinaldo, successfully conducted the Review and Performance Assessment on the Establishment of the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) Special Lane for the Issuance of Tax Declaration under Project SPLIT on May 28, 2026, at Punta Mercedes, Baler, Aurora.

The activity was facilitated by the ESS Component under the SPLIT Project led by ESS Coordinator/CARPO Ma. Dina R. Daguman, the activity gathered DARPO key personnel, Provincial and Municipal Assessors, and partner stakeholders to assess the Special Lane mechanism under Project SPLIT, to conduct assessment of existing procedures, discuss relevant rules, to identify issues, operational gaps, challenges, and formulate recommendations and proposed action plans to further improve efficient and responsive land administration services for ARBs.

The DAR Aurora SPLIT Provincial Project Management Office (PPMO) convened its regular meeting today, May 20, 2026, led by OIC PARPO II and Project Manager Josephine K. Aguinaldo.

The activity served as a venue to discuss project updates, address legal concerns, and strengthen coordination among personnel to ensure the continuous and efficient implementation of the SPLIT Project in the province.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | 𝗟𝗧𝗦 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗧 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻

DAR Aurora’s Land Tenure Services (LTS) personnel and SPLIT Support Staff under the Parcelization Component convened for a Performance Review and Planning Session on May 6, 2026. The session was led by OIC PARPO II Josephine K. Aguinaldo, who emphasized the importance of thoroughly discussing and resolving all survey-related issues by exploring practical and effective solutions to ensure the efficient implementation of project activities.

Key agenda items included survey fieldwork balances, status updates on ongoing SPLIT Project activities, upcoming distribution activities, and personnel assignments. These efforts aim to enhance service delivery and ensure that agrarian reform beneficiaries receive timely and meaningful support.

𝑩𝒊𝒏𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑰𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒂𝒏, 𝑲𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒃𝒖𝒌𝒂𝒔𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑰𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒊: 𝑲𝒖𝒘𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒏𝒈 𝑻𝒂𝒈𝒖𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒚 𝒏𝒊 𝑮. 𝑨𝒓𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒐 𝑺. 𝑹𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒂 𝑱𝒓.

“Bilang isang Agrarian Reform Beneficiary, ako po ay nagpapasalamat sa Department of Agrarian Reform sa napagkaloob nilang CLOA sa akin, na masasabi kong ako na talaga ang nagmamay-ari ng lupa na ito. Ang lupang ito po na naipagkaloob sa amin ng DAR ay malaki po ang nagawa sa amin kasi nung una wala naman kaming mga pinagkukunan pa, marami po itong naitulong sa amin. Pinapaabot po namin ang taos pusong pasasalamat sa DAR, sa malaking tulong pong nagawa sa amin, ‘nung una po wala po talaga kaming panggastos sa pagta-transfer, nagdagdag po sa puhunan namin yung gagastusin namin sa pagta-transfer. Kaya maraming maraming salamat po sa DAR.” ani G. Arturo S. Rivera, isang ARB mula sa Brgy. Lipit, Dipaculao, Aurora.

Malaki ang pasasalamat ni G. Rivera sa lupang ipinagkaloob sa kaniya sa pamamagitan ng Department of Agrarian Reform, na nagsilbing mahalagang pundasyon ng kanilang kabuhayan. Sa tulong ng lupang ito, unti-unting umangat ang kanilang pamumuhay at naging daan upang mapagtapos niya ang lahat ng kanilang mga anak, isang pangarap na dati’y tila napakalayo.

Ayon kay G. Rivera, malaking tulong din ang pagkakaloob ng titulo sa ilalim ng programa ng DAR, lalo na’t nabawasan ang kanilang gastusin sa paglipat ng pagmamay-ari. Sa halip na maging pabigat, ito ay naging dagdag na lakas upang lalo pa nilang mapaunlad ang kanilang sinasakang lupa.

Ang kanyang kuwento ay patunay na ang suportang ipinagkakaloob ng repormang agraryo ay hindi lamang lupa, kundi pag-asa at katiyakan para sa mas maayos na kinabukasan.
