The Pink Cookie Project was created to thank three beautiful ladies. We bake traditional cakes and cupcakes, brownies and blondies,
They helped me and my family go through a rough challenge in our lives and gave us purpose and more importantly a cause.

Reposting my highschool best friend's daughter's wedding cake spread in Baguio City... her beautiful daughter's favorite color was Royal Blue and that's what she wants for her wedding with her childhood sweetheart. So so sweet!
It was the best week ever! Seeing young love, and catching up with old friends.. 😍

The bride wanted something Bold and Elegant! She loves Red and is confident enough to carry it..
The Wedding Cake is a 4-tier Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting.
One of my most favorite Wedding Cakes to make, we tied this beautifully together with laced fondant red velvet cupcakes with a rose topper for their giveaways and for the sponsors, red velvet cakes with creamcheese frosting also topped with red roses.

Something's Baking at Pink Cookie Project! Christmas is just 'round the corner and the bakery smells like butter, apples and cinnamon! Free flowing Chocolate ganache and Butter Cream Cheese frosting... and my fat little elves leaving cookie crumbs all over the kitchen floor!
Biker's Whim - Cali wanted to surprise her dad with a themed cake featuring his favorite bike.
After a week of planning, we finally agreed to a 3-layer Vanilla bean butter pound cake with Buttercream frosting with the bike replica as the cake topper.
Here you see details of the bike, including the red pedals, silver body, red-trim seats and white & yellow tire marks and how we kept the replica as close as possible to the original while keeping the lines clean.
One of the most detail-intensive projects I've done and all worth the effort after seeing the smiles from her mom and dad!

Had a blast making this make-up cake for my sister's friend's secret birthday surprise.
It's a 5-layer Belgian chocolate fudge cake with french buttercream frosting topped with fondant make up on a tasseled lace fondant and silver dragees on quilted fondant.
Tepie was a great help making all the brushes, tassels, and nail polish. Thanks Zee for patiently putting all the silver dragees. Thanks manong driver for the fastest and smoothest driving ever, without any sudden breaks!
Sister Rhoda, I may have sported the biggest eyebags that day, but this was the most fun project ever!!! :)

i love birthdays! Be it your first ever, sweet 16, debut, 30, 40, 50, 100... Cakes are more often, the piece de resistance, marking that special day of the year. From simple to whimsical, birthday cakes always bring a smile on everyone's face...

I love weddings! I was one of those young girls where I've planned my wedding down to the last detail and the only one missing is the groom! :) It was silly and naive but the excitement of planning and preparing and waiting still does it for me.
