KDF is composed of Kapampangans who live and work outside of Pampanga but are willing to share blessings with their less fortunate “cabalens”.
Kapampangan Development Foundation (KDF) was founded in 1987 upon the return of democracy from the autocratic rule of then President Marcos to then incumbent President Corazon Aquino. The organizers and members are persons with family roots from the Province of Pampanga. Their common goal is to usher back talents and resources to their home province.
