WEB TECHNOLOGIES SUPPORT AND QA

Job Description

- Provide phone support for end users on a variety of web related products
- Gain intimate knowledge on products assigned.
- Conduct, design and document tests of web related products.
- Document and track the resolution of issues raised by end users and stakeholders
- Interface with developers on issues and product enhancement concerns
- Install, setup and provide training for end users remotely or on-site
- Work early or late hours when required
- Work on weekends and holidays when required
- Train to write code in Asp.net, MVC, C #, Javascript, AngularJs, SQL Server

Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Must have created or participated in the process of building a website or blog
- Must have a strong command of the English language - Written and Spoken
- Required Skills: HTML, Javascript, MS Excel, MS Word
- Optional Skills (nice to have but not required) : ASP/ASP.Net, SQL, jQuery, AngularJS
- 1-2 Years experienced in the IT industry is preferred but fresh graduates with exceptional scholastic records are welcome.

Job Description

- Create Overview, Specifications, Estimates and Costs of Projects
- Report on the progress of projects and their estimated completion
- Interface with clients and other stakeholders on project concerns
- Document and Facilitate the training and use of finished projects
- Manage team resources
- Manage multiple projects

Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Impeccable Written and Oral Communications Skills (English)
- 2+ years experience in software development - particularly the web
- Familiarity with SLDC and Agile methodologies
- Experience in the same position will be an advantage
- UX/UI Expertise will be an advantage
