PASA MASID | Service in Action

ROTC cadets actively participated in the Pasa Masid Program to promote community safety, vigilance, and cooperation. The activity was led by Sgt. Guiller A. Glor PA (Res), who also discussed military organization to enhance the cadets’ knowledge and discipline.

This activity reflects the cadets’ commitment to service and public safety.

𝗟𝗚𝗠𝗖𝗜 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 | 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗧𝗬

The activity was successfully conducted under the leadership of MSg Marlon G Pulutan, PA (Res). The Pasa Masid Training was facilitated by TSg Antonio M Ronquillo (Inf) PA and Cpl KC-Lyn S San Juan (Inf) PA, equipping cadets with awareness and responsibility in community vigilance.

The Colors Entrance and Exit was led by SSg Jonas G Pitero, PA (Res), while the Lecture on Gender and Development (GAD) was delivered by Assistant Commandant 1LT Jerralyn C Alva, PA (Res), highlighting the importance of equality, respect, and awareness within the organization.

This activity strengthened the cadets’ discipline, leadership, and commitment to service.

Witness the spirit of service as the 404th CDC, 4RCDG, ARESCOM, PA leads a Blood Donation Activity held on March 7, 2026, in coordination with Leon Guinto Memorial College, Inc. (LGMC), Quezon Educational College, Inc. (QECI), Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Unisan Campus (PUP Unisan), and Southern Luzon State University – Alabat Campus (SLSU Alabat).

BLOOD LETTING ACTIVITY | 404 CDC

A Blood Letting Activity initiated by the 404th Community Defense Center (404 CDC), 4RCDG, ARESCOM, PA was successfully conducted, bringing together military personnel and ROTC cadets from different institutions in support of saving lives through voluntary blood donation.

The activity was conducted under the guidance of the ROTC Superintendent, COL Rustico V Villanueva AGS (GSC) PA, with the supervision of COL Norleo G Addulam OS (GSC) PA 404 CDC Director, and Assistant Supervisor MAJ Eric A Estidola (INF) PA.

The activity was spearheaded by under the Leadership, Msg Marlon G Pulutan PA (RES), MSg Renato Z Panaligan PA (Res), together with MSg Ronald V Campos PA (Res), Sgt Guiller A Glor PA (Res), SSg Julito T Salcedo (CE) PA, SSg Jonas G Pitero PA (Res), and PFC Edmond Michael B Parco PA (Res).

The event was conducted in coordination with the ROTC Unit of Quezon Educational College, Inc. (QECI) as the host unit, headed by ROTC Commandant MAJ Eric A Estidola (INF) PA, CPT Jan Rex B Larracochea INF PA, together with the Assistant Commandant 1LT Jerralyn C Alva PA (Res).

Also present during the activity were ROTC Training Staff and NCO's including TSg Antonio M Ronquillo (Inf) PA, Cpl KC-Lyn S San Juan (Inf) PA.

The meaningful activity was attended by ROTC cadets and officers from Leon Guinto Memorial College (LGMC), Quezon Educational College, Inc. (QECI), Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Unisan Campus (PUP Unisan), and Southern Luzon State University – Alabat Campus (SLSU Alabat), who actively participated in the blood donation drive as a symbol of service, solidarity, and commitment to the community.

Through this initiative, the participating units reaffirmed their dedication not only to training future leaders but also to extending humanitarian service to those in need.

Their disciplined formation and commanding presence symbolized unity, respect, and the strong spirit of leadership that our institution upholds. As we celebrate 55 years of excellence and legacy, the ROTC unit stands firm in its commitment to serve and represent our school with integrity and pride.

Fi****ms Orientation and Training Conducted at Leon Guinto Memorial College, Inc.

The ROTC Unit of Leon Guinto Memorial College, Inc. successfully conducted a Fi****ms Orientation focused on the M16A1 Armalite, highlighting its components and demonstrating proper assembly and disassembly procedures while strictly adhering to safety protocols.

1LT Jerralyn C. Alva PA (Res), Assistant Commandant; MSG Marlon G. Pulutan; and SGT Guiller Glor commended the cadets for their active participation and attentiveness during the session.

Also present were SSG Julito T. Salcedo (CE) PA, Operations NCO; CPL KC-Lyn S. San Juan (Inf) PA; SSG Jonas G. Pitero PA, Tactical NCO; along with other training personnel.

The activity reinforced discipline, responsibility, and heightened awareness of proper firearm safety among the cadets, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment.

Buong pagmamalaking nakibahagi ang Leon Guinto Memorial College, Inc.— ROTC Officers sa Paradang Bayan, na nagsilbing simbolo ng disiplina, pagkakaisa, at dedikasyon sa paglilingkod sa pamayanan. Sa bawat hakbang ng kanilang martsa, ipinamalas nila ang dangal ng institusyon at ang taos-pusong suporta sa komunidad.
