Led by 𝑫𝒓. 𝑨𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒐 𝑳. 𝑪𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒔, 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒋𝒆𝒄𝒕 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝒐𝒇 𝑩𝑼𝑰𝑳𝑫 𝑳𝑬𝑨𝑷 2.0, 𝒂𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒈𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆 𝑫𝒓. 𝑬𝒅𝒈𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒐 𝑷. 𝑳𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒐 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑴𝒔. 𝑹𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒆 𝑺𝒂𝒃𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒂 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝑪𝒆𝒃𝒖 𝑻𝒆𝒄𝒉𝒏𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝑼𝒏𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒚 – 𝑨𝒓𝒈𝒂𝒐 𝑪𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒖𝒔, the seminar-workshop delivered expert insights into advancing health research. Dr. Cutillas guided participants on crafting compelling introductions and reviews of related literature (RRL), while Dr. Lillo offered practical tips and a structured guide to create clear, robust sections, empowering attendees to elevate their proposals. The session wrapped with hands-on mentorship, as speakers reviewed participants' outputs, delivering targeted feedback to refine studies and foster deeper analytical rigor. Moreover Dr. Cutillas also highlighted effective and ethical ways to leverage AI in research boosting proficiency without compromising research integrity.

SPEAR Officers were there every step, with one emceeing to keep things flowing seamlessly and the team providing hands-on support. We felt deeply honored and grateful to join this inspiring journey with fellow participants.
This gathering united passionate minds dedicated to advancing health research and evidence-based community practices. It was a truly enriching day of growth—what a privilege for SPEAR Officers to contribute!

As the day unfolded, the energy shifted into excitement and camaraderie during the Psych Games. Laughter, strategy, and teamwork filled the space as everyone came together to compete, connect, and celebrate.

Day 2 was a vibrant continuation of our journey, a constellation growing brighter through shared experiences and collective spirit.

Psych Days 2026 officially took off with a meaningful and insightful morning seminar led by Alvin Gian Arcata, MD, MPA, DPCAM, FPSMSG, Chief Health Program Officer of DOH TRC. His discussion on “Drug Addiction Across Development: A Gendered Perspective on Risk, Experience, and Recovery” grounded us in awareness and understanding.

As the day went on, the energy only grew brighter as participants showcased their creativity and knowledge through the Postermaking Contest and Quiz Bowl. From ideas to ex*****on, every moment reflected teamwork, passion, and excellence.

Day 1 was truly a success, a constellation of minds coming together and shining in their own light.
