looking for Architect Apprentice/OJT
location: Pandan Road, Angeles, Philippines
Job Responsibilities:

-Assisting in preparation of architectural drawings and other plans as required by management.

-Producing/Draft 2D/3D drawings using software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)

-Helping with site inspections and documentation w/ Guidance of Senior Architect.

-Monitor site and subcontractors w/ Guidance of Senior Architect.

-Report to Senior Architect for Changes in site, specification & verify dimension on site based on approved plans.

-Help in Manpower monitoring, logbook and report to management.

-Prepare Material Take-off & On-site Material request w/ Guidance of Senior Architect.

-Help in process of Building permit/Occupancy permit.
