On her feast day, let us pray to Our Lady of Sorrows....

O most sorrowful Virgin Mary, Mother of God and our Mother, you stood at the foot of the Cross, your heart pierced by the sword of sorrow foretold by Simeon. On this day, we come before you, uniting our hearts to your pain and your love. Through the anguish of losing your Son, and all your sorrows, you bore all with perfect faith and trust.

Grant us, O Dolorosa, the grace to share in your sorrow, to stand with you in compassion, and to find in your tears a path to your Son's redemption. May our hearts be softened, our sins forgiven, and our lives transformed by the mystery of His Passion. Holy Mary, pray for us, and at the hour of our death.
