1, If you feel upset today because your boss reprimand you for doing something wrong, consider yourself lucky. Because of the consequences that you created, the company took the whole burden. What I received was a lesson learned and advice. What the company takes is the damage that can be measured in money.
2, If you feel upset today because of a stupid process you have to follow, consider yourself lucky. Because you have a chance to see something wrong, to find something right. Because you have a chance to prove myself useful, by making improvements to the company that paying you salary.
3, If you feel upset today because co-workers are rude behind your back or isn't cooperative enough, consider yourself lucky. Because you have the opportunity to make a good impact on others, by you own reactions. Because you have the opportunity to train your personality, cultivate tolerance, and accept differences.
4, If today you feel upset because work is not going well, and your partner is not good, consider yourself lucky. Because you learned how to handle problems, and manage relationships. Because you will understand the difficult but worthwhile win-win situation
5, If today you choose to stop, and quit your job. Make sure it's a wise decision, for your own future, for better opportunities. Make sure you give your best, and learn enough. Make sure you don't leave because of the unpleasant things you are facing. Once giving up because of difficulties, is a time to losing your will. Be grateful to the place that tolerated your mistakes. And consider yourself lucky, because you are still free to choose whether to go or stay. There are people who are destined to be the last to stay, suffer the negative results you have brought.
