Here’s What You MUST Do!

Wash the wound immediately with running water and soap for at least 10–15 minutes.

Then head to ACDM Animal Bite Center – Angono for proper assessment and anti-rabies vaccination.

Mahalaga: Kumpletuhin ang Anti-Rabies Vaccination! 🐾💉

Kung ikaw ay nakagat o nasakyan ng hayop, huwag mag-atubiling magpakabakuna kaagad sa pinakamalapit na ACDM Animal Bite Center. Ang unang anti-rabies injection sa “Day 0” ay kritikal upang agad na mabigyan ng proteksyon.

Pero hindi lang ‘yon: kailangang tapusin mo ang buong schedule ng bakuna ayon sa itinakdang dose para talagang mabuo ang proteksyon mo laban sa rabies. Ayon sa DOH guidelines, ang hindi pagkumpleto ng vaccination schedule ay maaaring magdulot ng treatment failure. 

Bakit ito sobrang mahalaga?
• Ang rabies ay mapanganib at halos laging nakamamatay pag lumitaw na ang mga sintomas. 
• Sa pamamagitan ng agarang bakuna at kumpletong schedule, nai-neutralize ang virus bago pa man ito gumawa ng malalang epekto sa katawan.

1. I-wash agad ang sugat ng sabon at tubig pagkatapos ng kagat bago pumunta sa Animal Bite Center. 
2. Sumunod sa iskedyul ng bakuna — huwag laktawan ang mga appointment.
3. Kung may kaugnay na tanong, huwag mag-alinlangan na itanong sa health worker sa ABTC.
