4 THINGS YOU NEED TO ACCEPT DURING A BULK‼️
LESS VISIBILITY OF:
1️⃣VEINS
It is still there, less visible nga lang, hindi na kagaya ng pag shredded ka na litaw na litaw.
2️⃣ABS (a lot of people hate this)
During the bulk, calorie surplus at mataas carbs syempre normal lang na mawala yung abs mo kailangan mo talaga tanggapin kung gusto mo mag gain ng muscle.
3️⃣ STRIATIONS
Mas soft yung muscle kapag may slight fat gain, hindi katulad nung sharp lean look, labas labas talaga mga linya.
4️⃣V-LINE
Mawawala talaga yung v- line, pero babalik naman din yan pag nag cut ka na ulit.
If you really wanna gain lean muscle, kailangan mong tanggapin na mawawala muna ang dry look mo.
Pero don't worry, if you want to take it to next level, you need to do this talaga. It will pay off in the end.
