𝟮. 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲𝘀 - what’s measured, gets improved. It’s critical that a person knows how much is coming in and how much is going out, this way malalaman mo if you need to adjust your expenses or add more income.

𝟯. 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 - karamihan sa atin, pag chinismisan ni beshy na yung 30k mo eh magiging 40k in just 1 week, tapos wala kang gagawin, aba! Nagkakapera si beshy! The rule is to NEVER INVEST IN SOMETHING YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND. Para iwas scam bes

𝟰. 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝗯𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 - pay your debts on time para hindi na mag interest kapatid, and if you currently have loans, pay off the biggest interest first, hanggang mabayaran mo lahat.

𝟱. 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 - ang Pinoy, takot pagusapan ang pera, at isa ito sa mga malalaking pagkakamali ng karamihan, if we are open about talking about money, we can learn from other people’s experience, and learn how to improve our finances, and maybe get strategies on how to earn more money

𝟲. 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 - according to NEDA, 87% of Filipinos have no retirement plan.
75% of seniors are living poorly
15% are just gettung by
and 9% are living comfortably
and only 1% are living in luxury.
What you can do today is to start planning your future by saving and investing more, kung wala ka pang pang invest ngayon, check your expenses if meron kang pwedeng alisin na unecessary expenses, if wala, generate more income.
