Guided by the Maka-Tao principle, it provides students with professional support, safe discussions, and practical coping strategies to help them manage stress, pressure, and personal struggles while building confidence and resilience in school.⁣

Guided by the Maka-Tao principle, the project addresses both material and academic challenges through learning material donations, personalized tutoring by SSLG officers and volunteers, and coordination with teachers, aiming to improve academic performance while fostering compassion, volunteerism, and unity within the school community.⁣

Nais kong marinig o gawin kung ano nga ba ang kanilang gusto, ngunit ito'y aking gagawin kung tama ang kanilang ideya't opinyon. Lahat ng tao ay may karapatang i-respeto kaya aking ire-respeto kung ano ang mga feedbacks nila na aking matatanggap. One of its main features is the Freedom Wall, where students can write messages, share stories, or post drawings. VoiceOut works because it combines safety with positivity. The Freedom Wall gives everyone a voice. By using this platform, students learn that bullying is never okay and that respect and friendship are the best ways to build a happy school.⁣

Layunin nitong paglapitin ang mga mag-aaral na may mataas na kaalaman at ang mga nangangailangan ng tulong. Sa pamamagitan ng pagtutulungan, nagiging mas madali, mas magaan, at mas masaya ang pagkatuto. ⁣

Ang mga programang ito ay nag-uugnay sa mga matataas ang marka o mas nakatatandang estudyante sa mga kapwa mag-aaral na nangangailangan ng akademikong suporta, na nagtataguyod ng isang kolaboratibo at hindi nakaka-stress na kapaligiran sa pagkatuto. Pinapabuti ng mga ito ang akademikong pagganap ng tutee at ng tuto .Epektibo ang mga ito sa pagpapalakas ng akademikong tagumpay, pagpapahusay ng sosyal na integrasyon, at pagpapataas ng self-efficacy. Ito rin ay isang high-impact at matipid na estratehiya na nagpapares sa mga mahuhusay o mas nakatatandang kapwa mag-aaral sa mga nangangailangan ng tulong, nagtataguyod ng kolaboratibong pagkatuto, nagpapataas ng kumpiyansa, at nagpapabuti ng akademikong resulta para sa parehong panig. Ang mga programang ito ay lumilikha ng isang sumusuportang kapaligiran na nagbabawas ng kaba para sa mga nag-aaral, habang nagpapaunlad ng liderato at nagpapatibay ng kaalaman para sa mga tutor.⁣
