We are a small hotel, with pleasant family atmosphere, far away from mass tourism and under German management. Walk-ins and day use are not allowed.

How do you find us? We are located in Alcoy, Barangay Atabay, that`s the lower part of Atabay and we are directly by the sea. Our Villa Rosa is located 108 km distance from the Mactan Cebu International Airport. The drive from the airport will take approx 2.5 - 3.0hrs depending on traffic.
