Alegria National High School (ANHS) has kicked off its annual Brigada Eskwela event, themed "Bayanihan para sa Matatag na Paaralan." This community-driven activity, which began on July 22 and runs until July 26, 2024, aims to prepare the school for the upcoming academic year through various improvement projects.
The school expressed its deep gratitude to all stakeholders for their active support and volunteerism. Volunteers have been busy with tasks such as cleaning, pruning, weeding, repairs, and construction, helping to create a better learning environment for students.
ANHS is still encouraging more volunteers to join the effort and welcomes donations of school and office supplies, paints, cleaning and hygiene essentials, books, and more. These contributions are vital in ensuring the school's readiness and providing students with the resources they need.
"We are incredibly thankful for the community's overwhelming support. Together, we can make a significant difference and provide our students with a conducive learning environment," said Principal Ramon R. Tamayo.

In a heartfelt show of unity and support, parents, teachers, partner agencies, and organizations came together to sign the Pledge of Commitment board during Brigada Eskwela 2024 Orientation, held this morning, July 19, 2024.
Their pledges reflect a deep commitment to the success of our school and community. We are truly grateful for their dedication and collaboration, which will help ensure a successful and impactful Brigada Eskwela week.

[π₯ππππ‘π§ππ¬ ππππ]: Brigada Eskwela and School Matters Orientation cm SPTA Meeting held at Alegria National High School
Alegria, Sarangani Province β This morning, July 19, 2024, Alegria National High School successfully conducted its Brigada Eskwela and School Matters Orientation Cum SPTA Meeting at the Alegria Old Gymnasium.
The event began with the registration and checking of attendance of parents and guardians. Following this, Ma'am Eden D. Palalio, the Officer-in-Charge, delivered the statement of purpose, setting the tone for the day's activities.
A presentation on stakeholders and the week-long Brigada Eskwela activities, along with the school's needs, was conducted to inform and engage the attendees. Sir Bryan Ayuban then led the Brigada Eskwela Orientation Proper, providing essential details about the program.
Stakeholders showed their commitment by signing a pledge, reinforcing their dedication to the school's initiatives. Ma'am Maria Amethyst Letigio and Sir Diego Lambac Jr. presented the school's programs, activities, and policies, highlighting the institution's goals and expectations.
Mrs. Mary Ann Licanda, the treasurer, presented the SPTA Financial Report, giving an overview of the association's financial status. This was followed by the introduction of the school faculty and staff, ensuring that parents and guardians could familiarize themselves with the educators.
The SPTA President, Mr. Jerry R. Garzon, proposed new projects for the association, which were met with enthusiasm from the attendees. Additionally, social workers from LGU Alabel provided an orientation on the 4Ps (Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program), offering valuable insights for the community.
The meeting also saw notable attendance from stakeholders of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) and the Office of the Municipal Agriculturist (OMAG), who highlighted their support for the school's initiatives.
Despite Principal Ramon Tamayoβs absence due to an equally important Division Training, he expressed his hopes for a better and more resilient Alegria National High School for the school year 2024-2025.
The event concluded with an open forum, allowing parents and guardians to voice their concerns and ask questions, fostering a collaborative environment for the betterment of Alegria National High School.The successful event underscored the strong partnership between the school and its stakeholders, paving the way for a productive and united academic year.

The ECHO journos triumph in DSPC '24
Pen-clashing with different Campus Journalists from all over the Division of Sarangani with a goal to reach the RSPC, The ECHO Journo bagged victory in the recently concluded Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC) 2024 at Glan, Sarangani Province on March 22-23.
Through writing articles, cartooning, and broadcasting, the journos showed the Division their penning, drawing, and news delivery prowess.
Competing against more than 3,000 Campus Journalists from the Division of Sarangani, The ECHO managed to clutch three RSPC qualifying titles.
English Editorial Cartoonist Gon G. Dapar topped his category as he was hailed the First Placer in his event; Science and Technology Writer Ryleigh Khendra Celeste Vergara clutched the fifth spot; and English News Writer Aldrich Mark Arevalo also clenched the top spot as First Placer, the three writers are all qualified for Regional Schools Press Conference (RSPC) 2024.
English Radio Broadcasting Team got to cling onto Second Place and English News Writer Laica NiΓ±a Salvaleon managed to grasp Seventh Place.
Division Schools Press Conference is an annual event for SPJ's and Non-SPJ, Public and Private education institutions in both Elementary and Secondary level conducted by Schools Division Offices around the country, it aims to nurture and be the stepping stone of the student's journey in the world of Journalism. #
