The SRS Gala Night was an elegant evening dedicated to celebrating the achievements, commitment, and contributions of the 2025 SRS Senators and Committee Members. Hosted at the Crossroad Hotel, the event brought together student leaders for a night of reflection, recognition, and appreciation for their service throughout the year.
It was an evening filled with pride, gratitude, and fellowship as senators and guests celebrated their collective efforts in representing the student body.

A special word of thanks to the 2025 SRS for trusting my team to deliver for most of their events this year.

SRS SPORTS PRESENTATION-12/10/2025
The SRS Sports Presentation Night was a vibrant celebration recognizing the outstanding performances and sportsmanship of students throughout the year. The event honored winning teams, runners-up, coaches, and many individual award recipients across all sporting codes played on campus — including Rugby 13s, Rugby Sevens, Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, and Netball.
It was a night of pride, excitement, and unity as athletes and supporters came together to reflect on a successful season of competition and teamwork. 🏆🔥

AROB STUDENTS AND STAFF ASSOCIATION-FINAL YEARS NIGHT- 11/10/2025
The Unitech AROB Students and Staff Association recently hosted their elegant Final Years Night — a formal evening dedicated to honoring and celebrating the journey of their final-year students. It was a night filled with joy, reflection, and gratitude as students looked back on their four years at the university. The event also marked the appointment of the new executive team for the association. Held at the Oceans Restaurant, Aviat Club, the atmosphere was classy, emotional, and truly memorable. 🌺✨

CENTRAL STUDENTS AND STAFF ASSOCIATION MOALE NIGHT- 10/10/2025
Every year, the Unitech Central Students host their much-anticipated Moale Night, an event dedicated to raising funds in support of their year-end educational awareness program back in the province. This year’s celebration was nothing short of amazing — filled with beautiful performances from students and the main performance by the Shorevibez Crew.
The atmosphere was electric as both Unitech students from other provinces as well and the Central community in Lae city came together to celebrate culture, music, and unity. 🎶✨

AP Photons vs AS Radicals – Presentation Night

Following the thrilling grand final, the presentation ceremony saw the AP Photons proudly lift the Premiers Trophy, celebrating their hard-earned victory, while the AS Radicals received the Runners-Up Trophy in recognition of their strong performance and determination throughout the season. All players from both teams received a medal to recognize their commitment and sacrifice for the sport. It was a moment of pride and sportsmanship for both teams, marking the perfect end to an exciting competition.
In addition, the SRS URL committee showed their appreciation for the match officials by presenting an appreciation medal to the referee, and both linesmen.

Attached also are photos taken with die-hard supporters and fans with the players.

In a thrilling showdown between two powerhouse teams from the Faculty of Science, the AP Photons triumphed over the AS Radicals, finishing with an impressive 13 points to 8. It was an intense and spirited match, showcasing great sportsmanship and determination from both sides.
