This was one of those moments where you just happen to be in the right place at the right time.

We were camping near Oyama BC, and this cold front was bringing the first wave of cold air in after the heatwave we've been having the past couple of weeks. Creating this awesome cloud formation on the mountains in the distance and providing us with some of natures late night fireworks.

Another photo I shot in Peru back in 2019.
The Sacred Valley of the Incas is a territory full of incredible landscapes and unique archaeological sites. This is the Maras Salt Flats. Strategically dug into the mountainside, thousands of shallow pools filled with salt water. Eventually, they evaporate and leave behind crystallized salt. These salt pans have been in operation for more than 500 years. To this day, they are mined by local families for their special Peruvian pink salt.

Driving this road never gets old let me tell ya.

Nature is a powerful medicine.

I find there is something unique about being out in a place like this.
From the moment you leave the parking lot time seems to go slower, it can be very easy to disconnect from how busy life can get and realise how simple it can be.

Making those days count.

I took this photo on my 2nd last day in Peru back in 2019. Waking up at 5am to start the climb up these gigantic sand dunes in hope to see the sunrise from the top. Hiking these mountains of sand felt like climbing an escalator the wrong way, progress was slow but the grind was definitely worth it.

I shot this photo 4 years ago when I visited Yosemite National Park for the first time and it is still one of my favourite photos I've ever taken.
Looking forward to a day when I can go again as there is to much more to be discovered here that you just can't see in just one trip.
