I think what’s always drawn me to bikes is that when I throw my leg over a one, it’s like I’m magically transported back to when I was a kid…where anything is possible, everything is fun and exciting, and there’s always somewhere new to explore.
Ive been riding bikes a LONG time now, I’ve even been fortunate enough to make a career out of it, and yet, to this very day no matter what bike it is or where I’m pedaling, I still get that amazing feeling every single time, and I don’t think that will ever change.
So today I take a moment to reflect on all the many different bikes I’ve had the pleasure of riding over the years and say cheers to the great times and to these wonderful inventions 🍻

Going faster through this section of Bennett definitely helps smooth it out but every year that feels harder and harder to do with the widening gaps between the log steps. I almost got caught off guard on one there and sent OTB 😆 Does anyone get down this on one full pull without their arms completely blowing up?!
⚠️ Thin margin for error on the ridge of La Maxima, but the views really don’t get any better than from up here at 15,000ft! Oh and did I mention there is a hail storm chasing us?!? 😆 Always an adventure out in the big mountains
