POET Bioprocessing – Gowrie to Celebrate 20 Years with Community Event

The POET Bioprocessing - Gowrie facility is inviting the public to join in a special milestone celebration this summer. On Saturday, June 6, 2026, POET will host its 20th Anniversary Celebration from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the plant in Gowrie.
The event promises a full day of activities designed to highlight the company’s impact on the community while offering a behind-the-scenes look at its operations. Guests will have the opportunity to participate in plant tours and presentations, giving attendees insight into the ethanol production process and the role POET has played in the region over the past two decades.
In addition to the educational opportunities, the celebration will include the presentation of community impact grants and recognition of team member anniversaries, honoring those who have contributed to the company’s success.
Families are encouraged to attend, as there will be games and activities for kids throughout the day. A free lunch will also be served, making it a fun and welcoming event for all ages.
Organizers emphasize that the celebration is open to the public and encourage community members to stop by, connect with the POET team, and celebrate 20 years of growth and partnership in Gowrie.
