In Tani we are 40 people living at Fundo Dario Adolfo (Huaura-Perú) which is a family business. We take care of our products, and take advantage of the fertility of the soil of our fields, and the minerals in the water of the valley. For us, the plants are living organisms, we must understand and care as if they were humans. They communicate with us, they tell us what they need, and we just have to know how to interpret them.
