Students in EC-K dressed up in their pajamas and enjoyed a story by a guest reader. They also had time to browse through our new books. New books will be available for checkout on Monday, September 16.
It is an FDR tradition to read books over the break. This July vacation let's read some books while we play Reading Bingo! Participants will earn a certificate and free book. Watch this video for more details!

This week is Book week! We have many events planned for children in EC and ES including visiting authors Joaquín Leguía and Hermanos Paz.
The Libru is having its New Book Party on Wednesday, March 20th. Students in EC3-K will enjoy a fun readaloud and read new books. Watch this video for more details. Parents can also preview new books before school and at dismissal time

Welcome back to the Libru! We hope our youngest readers had fun playing Reading Bingo over the break. Start sending the blue sheets. Our celebration will be next week.
This January and February, let's read some books and have fun while playing Reading Bingo! Once you get your bingo card, choose how you want to read and cross out a space. In March, every participant will be invited to a Roosevelt Reads celebration. Watch this video for more details.
