Any vendor can impress you on the first project. The ones worth keeping are the ones that show up the same way on project fifty. 🔄
In the localization industry, vendor relationships are built over time — and they break down when a vendor starts treating regular clients as guaranteed work that doesn't need the same attention as new ones.
At Innova DTP SAC, we operate by a simple principle: the standard doesn't change based on familiarity.
Same QA process — Every project goes through the same internal review. No shortcuts on file types we've seen a hundred times. No assumptions because we know the client's preferences.
Same response time — New files, questions, and scope changes are handled with the same speed whether it's your first project or your fiftieth.
Same delivery standard — On time, clean files, correct format. Every delivery. Not most deliveries.
We know that in this industry, the cost of a vendor failing on project fifty is the same as failing on project one — it's the entire relationship.
That's why consistency isn't a goal for us. It's a habit.

Every Project Manager has the same questions before working with a new vendor. Here are ours — answered honestly. 💬
"Can you handle urgent projects?"
Yes — and we'll confirm immediately whether we can meet the deadline. We never accept a timeline we can't honor. If it's too tight, we say so upfront with alternatives.
"Do you work in Asian and RTL languages?"
Yes. Arabic, Hebrew, Farsi, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Korean, Thai — with proper font embedding, SCORM configuration, and LMS testing for each language.
"What happens if the source file has a problem?"
You hear from us within the first hour. Not the night before delivery. Every time.
"Can we start with a test project?"
Absolutely — we prefer it. Send us a representative file and we'll turn it around quickly so you can evaluate quality before committing to a larger project.
"Are you available during US or European hours?"
Yes. Peru's time zone overlaps directly with US Eastern and Central hours, with morning availability for European clients.
If you have other questions, reply here or reach out directly.

After years of working in multilingual DTP, these are the four misconceptions we hear most often. 📐
✗ "DTP is just copy-pasting the translation."
✓ Every language changes the layout differently. Text expands in German, contracts in Chinese, reverses direction in Arabic. Each target language requires its own layout adaptation — not a paste job.
✗ "If you can do it in English, you can do it in any language."
✓ Arabic reads right to left. Japanese can be written vertically. German needs up to 40% more space than English. These are fundamentally different engineering problems — not variations of the same one.
✗ "Any designer can handle multilingual DTP."
✓ RTL scripts, CJK typefaces, and bidirectional text require specific tools, font licensing knowledge, and production experience that general graphic designers typically don't have.
✗ "We don't need DTP — we'll use the translation directly."
✓ Without proper DTP, translated text breaks layouts, overflows containers, cuts off at the edges, and delivers an experience that reflects poorly on your client's content — regardless of how good the translation is.
Good translation deserves good DTP. We provide both the production expertise and the language coverage to make it work.

You localized the text. You localized the audio. But the infographic on slide 14 is still in English. 🖼️
Image localization is the step that gets skipped most often — and the one that end users notice first.
Any image that contains text needs to be treated as part of the localization scope. That includes:
📊 Infographics and data charts — Labels, callouts, and data points extracted from the original design file and replaced in the target language — without altering the visual layout. RTL-adapted when needed.
⚙️ Technical diagrams — Engineering drawings, process flows, schematics in AutoCAD, Illustrator, or Visio. Localized with the same level of precision as the original.
📸 UI screenshots and software interfaces — Interface images with localized text overlaid at the exact font size, weight, and position as the original. Essential for technical documentation and E-Learning.
🎓 E-Learning embedded images — Images inside SCORM courses that contain text — extracted from the authoring tool, localized into the target language, and re-integrated seamlessly into the course.
At Innova DTP SAC, image localization is part of our standard workflow — not an add-on service you have to ask about separately.

The best vendor relationships are built on one thing: knowing exactly what to expect. 🤝
Before you work with any new vendor, you're making a bet. You're betting that they'll do what they say, communicate when something goes wrong, and deliver what you agreed on.
At Innova DTP SAC, here's what we commit to on every single project:
01 — We confirm scope before we start
Ambiguous instructions cost everyone time. We confirm what's included, what's not, and what questions need answers — before production begins.
02 — We flag problems immediately
Missing font, broken SCORM structure, file that can't be processed as received — you hear from us within the hour. Not the night before delivery.
03 — We give honest timelines
We don't confirm a deadline we can't meet. If a timeline is too tight, we say so — and we offer alternatives. An honest "no" is better than a late delivery.
04 — We deliver clean — no excuses
Our QA exists so you don't have to find our mistakes. If a revision is needed on our end, we handle it. No back-and-forth, no blame.
Working with a vendor should reduce your stress, not add to it.
If that's the kind of partnership you're looking for, we're ready.

The E-Learning localization market is projected to reach $4.1 billion by 2034. The window to build the right vendor network is now. 📈
A few numbers worth knowing if you manage E-Learning production:
📊 $4.1B — projected global market for E-Learning localization by 2034 (up from $1.4B in 2024)
📈 11% CAGR — one of the fastest-growing segments in the entire localization industry
🌍 72% of learners say they are more likely to complete a course delivered in their native language
✅ 40% higher course completion rates when content is properly localized — not just translated
The demand is real, it's growing, and the technical complexity of delivering multilingual E-Learning — with RTL courses, CJK font engineering, audio resynchronization, and SCORM QA — is not getting simpler.
At Innova DTP SAC, E-Learning localization is our core service. We cover the full production chain across Articulate, Rise, Captivate, and Lectora, in European, RTL, and Asian languages.
If your E-Learning volume is growing and you need a production partner that can scale with it, we'd love to be part of that conversation.

CJK is not a single language group — it's three completely different engineering challenges. 🈳
Vendors that say they "handle CJK" often mean they can paste translated text into a file. Actual CJK localization is a different level of technical work.
Japanese 日本語
Three writing systems in the same text block — Kanji, Hiragana, Katakana. Both vertical and horizontal text modes used in different contexts. Ruby annotation for furigana. Specific character-spacing and line-break rules that differ from every other language.
Chinese 中文
Simplified and Traditional are not interchangeable — different character sets, different markets, different font licensing requirements. No spaces between words creates unique layout compression. SCORM packages must be encoded to support CJK extended character ranges.
Korean 한국어
Hangul syllabic blocks behave differently from alphabetic scripts in every layout tool. Text length can change significantly from English. Mixed Latin and Hangul content requires careful tracking and spacing management.
At Innova DTP SAC, we work in all three — with proper font embedding, SCORM configuration, and LMS testing for each one.
If your projects include Japanese, Chinese, or Korean content, we're ready to handle the technical side.

The fastest way to know if a vendor is right for your projects is to give them one. 📁
We're not asking for a long-term commitment or a formal vendor evaluation process.
Just send us a test file.
A real project, a representative sample, or a file type you find difficult to place — whatever makes sense for your current workload.
We'll show you what our production quality looks like, how we communicate during the project, and how we deliver at the end.
No surprises. No follow-up pressure. Just clean work, on time.
At Innova DTP SAC we specialize in:
→ Multilingual DTP — European, RTL, and CJK languages
→ E-Learning Engineering — Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Lectora
→ PDF & Graphic Recreation — including files with no editable source

A reliable vendor is not just one that can do the work — it's one that has a clear process for doing it right. 🔄
Here's how a DTP or E-Learning project moves through our team at Innova DTP SAC:
01 — File intake & analysis
Before production starts, we review every incoming file. Fonts, layers, language structure, SCORM logic, missing source elements. QA begins here, not at the end.
02 — Scope confirmation & timeline
We confirm the exact scope, raise any questions early, and align on the delivery date. No ambiguity going into production.
03 — Production with in-process checks
Layout adaptation, language-specific adjustments (text expansion, RTL direction, CJK font rendering), and QA checkpoints built into the workflow — not added as an afterthought.
04 — Pre-delivery review
Final comparison against the source file, every page and slide. For E-Learning: live LMS testing of SCORM tracking, navigation, and interactions.
05 — Clean delivery, on time
Files packaged and delivered in the agreed format. On the deadline you gave us.
That's the process. Every project, every time.
