هل اشتريت نطاقًا من GoDaddy / Hostgator / Sitemap / مورد تكنولوجيا المعلومات المحلي؟ رائع!

ولكن هنا تكمن المشكلة - الأمر أشبه بشراء منزل ونسيان وضع اسمك على صندوق البريد. لا يعرف ساعي البريد ما إذا كان البريد مخصصًا لك حقًا.

SPF = قائمة ضيوفك
فكر في الأمر على أنه قائمة دعوات حفل زفاف. يبلغ SPF Gmail ”فقط هذه الخوادم المحددة يمكنها إرسال رسائل إلكترونية من .com.“ بدونه؟ يمكن لأي شخص أن يفسد حفلتك ويرسل رسائل إلكترونية مزيفة. يشك Gmail في الأمر ويضع جميع الرسائل الإلكترونية من نطاقك في مجلد الرسائل غير المرغوب فيها.

DKIM = ختمك الرسمي
مثل الختم الحكومي على جواز سفرك الذي يثبت صحته. يضع DKIM ختمًا غير مرئي على كل رسالة بريد إلكتروني يثبت أنها جاءت بالفعل من نطاقك. عدم وجود ختم = ”يبدو مزيفًا“ = مجلد الرسائل غير المرغوب فيها.

DMARC = بوابة الأمان الخاصة بك
يخبر هذا مزودي خدمة البريد الإلكتروني بما يجب عليهم فعله عندما يحاول شخص ما تزوير نطاقك. ”إذا فشلت الرسالة الإلكترونية في اختباراتنا، فقم برفضها تمامًا.“ بدون DMARC، يمكن للمحتالين إرسال رسائل بريد إلكتروني متظاهرين بأنهم أنت، مما يضر بسمعتك.
