Muscat Policy Council is inviting curious, driven and engaged minds to join our Fall 2026 Research Internship Programme. If you're interested in public policy, regional affairs and evidence-based research, this is an opportunity to explore important questions, sharpen your research skills and contribute to conversations that matter.
We welcome applications from students, recent graduates and young researchers in:
• Political Science
• International Relations
• Economics
• Law
• Sociology
• Other relevant disciplines across the social sciences and public affairs.

What we're looking for:
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• A genuine interest in regional affairs, public policy
• or policy research
• Curiosity, initiative and intellectual drive
• A willingness to learn, question and contribute
• Arabic language skills are an advantage
• Applicants must be based in Muscat throughout the internship.

MPC is looking for young minds!

Our organization, Muscat Policy Council, took part in the 11th MED – Mediterranean Dialogues, a leading conference on the Mediterranean held in Naples from October 15–17.

The MED Dialogues brought together leaders from various sectors and regions to engage in meaningful discussions and explore collaborative solutions for the future of the Mediterranean.

Muscat Policy Council was proud to share our recent participation in the 2nd MENA Think Tank Forum 2025 in Beirut, organized by the Issam Fares Institute for Public Policy and International Affairs and Middle East Council. The forum brought together Arab think tanks along with regional and international experts from across the MENA region to exchange insights, strengthen cooperation, share research, and discuss strategies to enhance policy impact.🌍🤝

This participation reaffirms MPC’s mission to highlight Oman’s role and contributions to policy development in the region and beyond.
