🔨Another major project for the team at Hainesco! The Waipu build is in its final stages, with painters on-site and tiling well underway. 🎨✨ This stunning French-style new build, complete with period features, is sure to impress, nestled on the southern hills of Waipu!

A huge shoutout to our site foreman, lead builder, and all-around great guy, Clint Svenson, for his epic efforts on this project. It’s been an outstanding journey, and we’re thrilled to be part of it! With amazing clients this has truely been such a rewarding project 🙌

🏡🔨Exciting times ahead for The Hainesco Boys. They're diving into their next project: standing frames on the Te Putahi Project in Te Kamo. This impressive two-storey, multi-dwelling build is sure to keep them busy for a while.

The countdown is on! This Saturday, 13 September, our team takes on Taupo AFC in the first NRFL Men's Conference Play-Off at Trigg Sports Arena — and we need YOU there backing the boys all the way!

We've had a lot happening lately, and while a few jobs have wrapped up, the progress is truly remarkable.

Wolfe St has been a true labour of love! With the grand opening behind us and the final inspection complete, our team's dedication shines through.

The Waipu build is also coming together beautifully, with gib stoppers in place and the finishing touches being added. The boys are doing a fantastic job bringing this French-style build to life!

This week, we kicked off two new projects for Inspire Homes in Tikipunga, and the team is already framing them up as we speak.

Additionally, we’re putting the finishing touches on the project at a Gjs in Glenbirvie.

I want to give a huge shoutout to everyone for their incredible progress in these challenging times. Your long hours and hard mahi are truly appreciated!

🌟 Exciting Progress Update from Hainesco! 🌟

We’re thrilled to share the fantastic strides our team has made on the new build in Waipu! 🛠️✨

The ceilings are going up, showcasing the stunning old timber trusses that we’ve lovingly reused and repurposed as striking features in both the open living area and master bedroom. These beautiful timber beams add character and warmth to the space.

And let’s not forget about the impressive feature fireplace that will be a centerpiece in the home! 🔥

We’re also in the process of installing copper on the Juliet balcony, which is sure to add a touch of elegance.
