ModPod

From THIS ➝ to THAT 💛

We’re always looking for new and innovative ways to bring the ModPod difference to the homes and buildings we create.

They might look simple from the outside, but behind every finished ModPod are countless hours spent building, refining and perfecting the little details that set us apart from the rest.

And we think those little details make all the difference

Choose the details that matter the most to you. Your ModPod is fully customisable which means you can choose which details you want, and forget about those that don't matter.

We're changing the way that Kiwis build, one pod at a time
Traditional builds are still fighting weather delays, trade shortages, and blown-out timelines. Modular construction sidesteps most of that, and it's why more Kiwis are choosing it for everything from home offices to full dwellings.

Two ways to end up with the same extra space at your place. A traditional build means council timelines, weather delays and a revolving door of trades on site for months on end. A ModPod is built in our yard, to the same standard then delivered to your section ready to use.
Same quality, a lot less stress getting there.

Same four walls. Completely different life depending on what you need this year. Office today, guest room next year, teenager's escape the year after that.
ModPods are designed to grow with you.

Because everything we do is fully customisable, the best way to get the answers is to ask us directly. Emma and Max are happy to answer all of your questions and find the right ModPod to suit your lifestyle.

It's the detail that makes a ModPod feel like your own. Custom backsplash designs, brass fixtures and flooring options take a simple design to the next level.
Our team works with you to make your ModPod in a way that works for your lifestyle - not the other way around.

You don't have to compromise on quality to be affordable.
There is a space where both of those things exist and that's with ModPod.
Every detail is carefully considered and built with care.

The best part of the ModPod process... delivery day!
We deliver across the country- ModPod's big and small.
Whether it's Classic ModPod for extra space, or a full ModPod home, we arrange the transport to your prepared site ready to move in.
