Custom Components

Here's one of the projects that Custom Components is currently working on. This is a billet crankshaft assembly for the NSR300s, although it will no longer be a 300cc rather 322cc. The main goal in this project is not only to increase the capacity of the engine but also to get the motor to a square 59x59 bore an stroke.

Custom Components has been lying low recently. We've been working hard getting the fleet of NSR300s and assisting with the development of the KTM 690 DukeR in preparation for the Suzki Series cominig up.

Although not really a part of Custom Components, we do happen to have a dyno for testing any bikes we do work on. This small dyno is capable of testing bikes up to a maximum of 30hp accurately.
