This is why we do what we do.
To give hope to people and families who are finding things incredibly hard, and to walk alongside them with support that is real, practical, and meaningful.
We believe that no one should have to navigate these challenges alone. Thatโs why we take a genuine wrap-around approach โ working together with families, schools, and professionals to create support that is individualised, safe, and achievable.
For some, that might mean mentoring, emotional regulation support, and connection. For others, it may include parent coaching, counselling, occupational therapy, respite, or alternative education support. Whatever the need, our focus is always the same: helping young people feel understood, capable, and hopeful again.
Real relationships. Real support. Real difference.

๐ป Alternative Education Day Update ๐ป
Weโve had such a positive start to our Alternative Education Days at Positive Pathways in Wellington and are so proud of how the young people are settling in and engaging.
Our days are designed around balance โ combining high-energy movement and adventure activities with lower-energy regulation, connection, and recovery opportunities throughout the day. This helps support nervous system regulation, engagement, and individual wellbeing in a way that feels safe and achievable for each young person.
One of the highlights so far has been seeing genuine friendship connections beginning to form. Watching young people build confidence socially, share experiences, and feel a sense of belonging has been incredibly special.
Weโve also received lovely feedback from families, who have shared that their children are happy to attend, coming home more settled, and feeling positive about their experiences โ which is exactly what we hope to create.
Thank you to all the families who have trusted us to be part of their young personโs journey. Weโre excited to continue building a supportive, engaging, and neuroaffirming space where young people can thrive.
We still have space in Wellington, if you are interested, please reach out.
