For the last few years we have worked with the James Dyson Foundation to showcase the New Zealand winner of the James Dyson Award. This year's recipient was Nick Holland who invented Pre-Podium - a drug testing kit designed to improve the athlete anti-doping testing experience, with a particular focus on democratising the testing process to make it more inclusive for women. Here is this years hero video.
