Meet our Performance Specialist, Sophie!

"I first came across Reason right after finishing university, and I immediately thought, “What a cool place to work.” It felt like perfect timing when I saw an internship position going on the careers page and I applied right away.

Starting out as an intern was an ideal transition after uni. It gave me the chance to get to know the business and industry while learning what we call the ‘brilliant basics.’ I had the opportunity to gain exposure across a wide range of client accounts, all while being supported by the senior team that guided me through the entire program.

The Internship experience built a strong foundation that set me up for my full-time position with Reason. In this role, I have been able to continue to work on the same and new accounts, taking with me the knowledge I gained during my internship and continuing to learn and grow so much!

One of the highlights for me so far has been the support and opportunity to explore my strengths and interests with a clear path to follow. It has been exciting to move through the steps from intern to junior performance specialist and I am looking forward to what is to come."
