In true property management fashion I was meant to post this yesterday, however my day changed and things got busy. Story of my life!
So here goes……
Property Management can be pretty demanding and at times we do question our life choices! We get texts and calls at all hours, we wear many hats on a daily basis, juggling emails, phone calls, appointments, reporting back to tenants and owners, the list goes on.
Then, every so often, (usually just as we’re questioning our sanity) we walk into a property to do an exit inspection to find the place is immaculate AND the tenants have left us chocolatey goodness! 🍫
They were the best tenants who looked after the place like it was their own, however they moved to an area where we don’t manage properties so we had to let them go 😭
To my tenants - I hope you enjoy your new place as much as you enjoyed your home with us and thank you for the chocolate, we really appreciate it! We’ll visit next time we’re in the area, I need to check in on the fridge magnet collection anyway 😂 🧲🗺️

I must be old now, I’m super excited about a mop! 🤣🤣
Kmart, $39!
✅ The dirty water goes into its own compartment!
✅ It has removable pads that you just throw in the wash when you’re done (it comes with two)
✅ It has a swivel head
✅ It fits under the edge of the fridge, under my door stops and gets down the side of my freestanding bath! 🤯😍
