Super proud of our ladies, over 3 months prep, some there first comp and others going around again. We love this event because it comes with meaning but the main part is our ladies achieve something they may not have thought they could.

A massive thanks to our coach Magali for putting them through the trenches and getting them prepped.

What i did to get 12kgs off.

Firstly you have to have a nutrition plan or stick to a plan, for me i wasn't counting but i mad sure i had protein in nearly every meal, 2 x protein shakes to get my garauntees, plenty of rice, and water. 90% of my food was on, i'd still have a chocolate bar here and there but i put extra effort in those trainings those days to get the extra burn.

My supps:
Oxyshred
isolate protein
Creatine

Also i had :
Multi vit
Magnesium

What else i did was fast:
I fasted once every 2 weeks for 16 hours, why i saw the benefits but wanted to test them for my self. I have bad guy problems so this was actually mint for me.

Trained : 6days a week or 7 but depended, i had a structured plan but went off it at times as my life was super busy with stuff going on with mahi, but i ran heaps, trained heaps and if was busy i'd jump in with my clients classes.

One tip:
Don't weigh in everyday, weigh in every 2 weeks

Train hard with the right trainer that had experience in what your after, follow a nutrition plan, drink heaps of water and try sleep when you can, sleep helps alot.

Build your lifestyle by the plan you set LETZGO✌🏽🦍 follow

Day 2/30 why did i become a trainer

Firstly i saw biggest loser and wanted to help people fight obesity, which turned into helping everyone and anyone the wanted help.

Whats the hardest part?
When they leave, not cause of the money but the bond of when you've worked on making someone better, and they move on , on there journey, your proud but sucks to see them go

Why own a gym?
I always wanted to own a gym, people tell you can't , we didn't grow up with heaps of money, but we grew up with heaps of love, i love what i do and believe it can make me money in the end to be doing what i love, and if i don't atleast i gave it my all doing what i love.

How do you deal with social media?
Tbh sometimes it sucks to see the negative comments or dms you get, when all your trying to do is help, but ive built armour to say

"If you have a problem with me, thats your problem"

And "if i don't have haters, i'm not working hard enough"

Alot more people like what i do compared to don't like so i'm happy

How many years as a trainer?
15 years

Started at new lynn jetts,
Moved to lincoln road jetts
Then to my own bootcamps and sales rep
To owning two gyms,
Successful, maybe not, but f**k i'm still out here giving it my all and we still open.

Best advice for trainers?
Do it for the people, see too many fake pts just tryna show there body parts and make money, help the people with everything you've got, or just say your an influencer, not hate, but love for those doing it right.

You haven't made it yet though? Struggles?
Even if i don't make it and we close down one day, i'll be f***n proud of myself, 15 years in the game, 2 gyms, no qualifications in business, and no money backing, just the will to want to build something that one day was sitting in my brains under "i wish" and i turned it to reality. If it ended tomorrow id be proud of myself and would move on and do something else, but i'm still here , still giving my all and loving the people i get to help, even if some of them swear at me at times🫶🏼

Closing the doors👀👀

Being a business owner is tough, when you don't have the backround , or know the in's and outs, it's bloody hard and i've learnt that over the years.

We nearly had to close our doors, as alot of gyms around nz do atm, when things get tight gyms are usually one of the first to go for payments and that can cripple gyms,
One thing thats solid though is an amazing members base,
Members that believe in your gym,
Members that come together,
And members that at a time of exhaustion,
Come in to help.
When you have that kind of help,
You become even stronger,
I don't know what the future holds,
But i know how far i've come,
And i plan to stay around longer.
With alls the challenges,
You either learn,
Make change,
Or give up,
So letzgo to work,
Believe in yourself,
Learn to deligate,
And make moves for the future,
Did we nearly close,
Yes,
Whats next,
To build something unstoppable,
Letzgo

One last ride.....

But WE ARE STAYING OPEN🫶🏼
For the people...

Thanks to my amazing clients, the people in my corner, and the people that have had my back over the years, i got in this to help people and it's time to join forces and make sh*t happen, boss mode
