Our club is all about networking with people in our community. People who would like to help in some small way, who are keen to associate with similar like-minded people yet do not not want a huge time commitment. Rotarians devote their professional and business skills to serve in their own communities as well as internationally through emphasis on activities that help in alleviating poverty, addressing health concerns and promoting literacy and education.

Join us for our western themed holiday party for barn dancing and cowboy fun on December 6th 2025, 5pm at the Swanson RSA! Your $65 ticket is inclusive of entry and the buffet.
In the spirit of the giving season, please feel free to bring with you a donation of toys or books for children who might otherwise miss out this year!
We will be delivering the donations to VisionWest who have requested that donations not be wrapped so parents can choose the perfect gift for their child, and VisionWest will provide a wrapping service once the gift is chosen.
If you’re unsure what to donate, the Rotary Club of Waitakere will also be accepting cash donations, with which a member of our club will go buy a selection of gifts to add to the donated goods.

Rotary Club of Waitakere had our Breast Cancer High Tea today, a joyous occasion with delicious flavours.
Thank you to all those who supported the event, whether that be through attendance, donation, or buying raffle tickets!
