Great to see so many people at the Horsepower Rally over the weekend! We had lots of interest in CPR, and it was fantastic to see so many people keen to learn a skill that could one day save a life.
A huge thank you to all our volunteers and staff who gave their time and energy to support the event.

Congratulations also to Maddie McGrail, the lucky winner of the St John Ambulance First Aid Kit!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to chat, learn CPR, and support St John. We loved being part of such a great community event. πŸ’šπŸš‘

🌟 Celebrating Our Timaru Central Youth Division Leaders 🌟

As we celebrate International Volunteer Year, we would like to recognise and thank the incredible volunteers who lead our Timaru Central Youth Division.

Our Youth Leaders generously give their time to mentor, encourage, and inspire the next generation. Through their dedication, young people learn first aid, leadership, teamwork, confidence, and community service skills that will stay with them for life.

Our Youth programme helps teach our tamariki (children) and rangatahi (young people) valuable first aid and life skills they will carry with them forever. Along the way, they build friendships, develop confidence, and discover the importance of helping others and giving back to their community.

To our Youth Leaders, thank you for the countless hours you volunteer behind the scenes and the positive impact you have on the lives of our young people. Your commitment truly makes a difference.

Interested in joining St John Youth as a cadet or volunteer leader? We'd love to hear from you. Send us a message to learn more.
