Friends of Aigantighe help purchase and conserve artworks, support exhibitions and gallery projects, raise funds, volunteer and advocate for the art gallery. Last night they celebrated 50 years since they first formed. This 2 tier chocolate cake is decorated with edible images in fondant frames depicting exhibits and events the Friends have been involved with. Congratulations. I hope you had a wonderful evening.
