The Probase Team have had a busy start to 2026 with large landscaping projects all over the Waikato.
This 6 unit development in Greenhill was completed last month with our team installing over 350m2 of hard landscaping and planting 520 plants for the new homeowners to enjoy!

Great use of different colours and textures of concrete to define parking areas from footpaths. Concrete doesn't have to be boring.

Check out the mirror like finish on this black concrete floor slab we placed last week. Takes fine weather, good concrete and great concrete placers to get a finish this amazing.

Super proud of our partnership with Kainga Ora and GJ Gardner Homes Waikato to produce this stunning Community Housing Development in Hamilton City.
Working together to provide safe off-street parking and pathways for all tenants in these new homes.

Every new home has to start with a solid foundation and here is another site ready for Probase Contracting to make that happen.

The 2-tone concrete through the shared access areas is a great way to differentiate footpaths and driveway areas.

Permeable paving looks great and allows rainwater to filter through to be absorbed back into the ground in an environmentally friendly way and minimizes site coverage.

March certainly brought autumn weather with cooler nights but with great sunny days. As we all know sunshine is a concrete contractor’s best friend.
The past 3 months we have been busy placing concrete around the city including Templeview, Greenhill, Hamilton East, Glenview as well as outlying areas such as Whatawhata and Ngaa Puna Estate in Cambridge.

We have been involved in a staged 21 unit development in Hamilton East, with the final block of 3 units being placed late last month.
Hard Landscaping and planting of this development will be starting in the coming weeks. It is always great to see a project through from start to finish. The photo below shows just how much work is involved in concrete foundations with piles hidden below floor slab.
