Based in the Waikato, near Te Awamutu, we are a beef rearing and finishing farm, with a side of miniature cattle and some flowers for fun.
Super chunky wool throws and scarves, handmade in NZ using pure NZ wool. Super chunky wool for arm knitting and weaving.

I'm often asked how small the mini cows are, but it's hard to show because they're all small.
MG is a two year old Murray Grey cross and Blue is a four year old mini Speckle Park. Blue is about 104cm and our smallest cows, Betty and Cleo are 88cm.
We don't usually mix the fluffs with standard cows but MG has made herself a pet and is in calf to Boris.
Despite his appearance, Boris can jump!

I have had lots of enquiries about availability and I don't have a lot this season.
I've got Fred and Floyd. Both steers, both Highland X Galloway, both suspected chondro positive, both gorgeous.
Fred has been dehorned and Floyd was born polled (so neither will have horns).
Both will be treat trained but will need daily contact from their new family to make them pets.
Here's a flashback for the first of Feb. I arm knitted a throw for the first time in six (maybe seven) years. I told myself I'd finish one project per month so I did this at 8pm on the 31st of January. Just snuck in!
I didn't get any footage of it coming toward the house because I was closing all the windows and hoping it wasn't heading for my cows!
You don't need to overhaul your life. You just need to focus on creating one that feels good on the inside rather than looks good on the outside.
Had to take that one back, didn't I?

I'm getting lots of enquiries about what we have available... I'm still waiting for my husband to tell me how many I'm allowed to keep...then I'll know what's available 😅
My biggest achievement in 2025? Keeping Luna alive! Luna was born six weeks premature...at the start of about eight weeks of constant wind and rain!
