**Staff spotlight for the month**
I would like to introduce you to Jasmine one of our wonderful Tuakana kaiako.

Have a look at what some our tamariki have been up to over the last few weeks. We are an all-weather centre, exploring the rain is always exciting.

**Staff Spotlight**
I would like to introduce you to the wonderful Bailey. She is one of our Teina kaiako here at Learning Links Rewi Street.

Here at Learning Links Rewi Street we offer a supportive transition for tamariki who are ready to begin the next chapter of their learning journey at our sister centre on Alexandra Street.

Rewi Street are all about going on excursions and getting out into the local community or visiting our preschool centre. Even out smallest pēpē get to enjoy time out of centre.

Our Tuakana space have been learning about the rakau sticks. In Te Ao Māori, the world is seen as interconnected and collective, with a strong emphasis on community and relationships. Through the rakau stick game, tamariki demonstrate manaakitanga (hospitality and kindness), sharing your knowledge and culture as they all work alongside one and other.

This month we would like to introduce you to the wonderful Anna. Anna is a dedicated passionate kaiako in our Teina space.

Our Tuakana learning space has been focusing on literacy and numeracy in the classroom. Tamariki have been building towers and counting alongside their kaiako.

Our Tuakana tamariki have been busy helping put plants in around your slide. This is a great way to teach about being kaitiaki of the outdoor environment.
