DELISH TANS – SPRAY TAN PREPARATION GUIDE
Get the Perfect Glow ✨
To achieve the best possible spray tan result, please follow these preparation instructions carefully.
24 Hours Before Your Tan
✔ Waxing and shaving should be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment.
✔ Exfoliate thoroughly using a non-oil-based exfoliator, paying particular attention to:
Elbows
Knees
Ankles
Hands
Feet
✔ Remove all fake tan residue before your appointment.
On the Day of Your Tan
✔ Arrive with clean, dry skin.
✔ Do not apply:
Moisturiser
Perfume
Deodorant
Makeup
Body oils
These products can create a barrier and affect your spray tan development.
✔ Wear loose, dark clothing and loose footwear after your appointment.
✔ Remove jewellery before tanning.
During Your Appointment
You may choose to:
Wear a swimsuit
Wear disposable tanning garments
Tan in your preferred level of coverage
Your comfort is our priority.
After Your Tan
⏰ Avoid:
Showering
Sweating
Swimming
Exercise
Rain exposure
for the recommended development time advised by your technician.
First Shower
✔ Use lukewarm water only.
✔ Do not use scrubs or exfoliants.
✔ Pat skin dry rather than rubbing.
Extend the Life of Your Tan
✨ Moisturise daily.
✨ Avoid long hot baths and chlorinated pools where possible.
✨ Gently pat skin dry after showering.
✨ Stay hydrated.
With proper preparation and aftercare, your tan will fade beautifully and evenly.
