I believe in the importance of doing what you can to fill yourself up so you have more to give your beautiful family. My young family has taught me first hand what the demands of parenting can do to my mind, body and soul. I continue to learn so much in the art and balance of prioritising self which has resulted in a much happier and healthier family unit.
