This lovely little tender is actually 20 years old but it still looks brand new. A small repair to an accidental puncture and its back to work.

Just some small tidy up jobs on this RIB. I was able to source a new handle exactly the same as the others.

These two rafts have come to the end of their commercial life but they're still totally usable. Sam from Rotorua Rafting has kindly donated them to th P E Department at Rotorua Lakes High School. I'm testing and cleaning them ready for the new term.

This was an interesting repair. A stray hairclip ripped a hole but I worked some magic and its all fixed, working perfectly, ready for the next sunny day.

This inflatable trampoline looks like fun. A small repair and it's back in the lake.

I have fixed these three over the last two days. The ski biscuit had a puncture and a broken zip which is getting replaced by a local upholsterer. The SUP had a blown out seam and the spa needed some repairs to the wall.

This inflatable spa pool had an internal plumbing issue which allowed air out of and water into the sidewall. Some cunning ingenuity solved the problem and its ready to go back into use.

I spent some time at Rotorua Rafting today doing some routine maintenance and strengthening. These rafts provide an awesome experience for thousands of people every year. Its a must do attraction when visiting Rotorua and it was great to work with such well organized, friendly people.

I love this little ski biscuit. Great for beginners but I can see others testing out its name -
EJECTOR SEAT .

How not to repair a ski biscuit. These huge black sticky patches didn't work. All they did was create a mess over the biscuit and inside the cover. It came to me to be repaired properly but I had to use heaps of very expensive chemicals to break down the glue and prepare the surface correctly. A simple repair became a time consuming, sticky, expensive exercise.

This Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) was the second one I've worked on because the mast base had come loose and was leaking. The end result wasn't pretty, but now the owner can use the board which is just a month or so out of Warranty.
