Born and raised in Nelson, Ginnette is proud to work in her hometown and has enjoyed a fast-paced career in property management spanning more than a decade.

As a Senior Property Manager, Ginnette is passionate about people and takes pride in building strong, lasting relationships with property owners and tenants. Her approachable nature, exceptional communication skills and practical approach help her navigate challenges and achieve positive outcomes for everyone involved.

💛 The Week That Was – Daffodil Day Edition! 💛

There was a definite theme to our week at The Rent Shop… YELLOW! 🌼

This week our team got behind Daffodil Day, the Cancer Society’s major annual fundraising appeal. It’s a cause that means so much to so many New Zealanders, helping raise vital funds to support people and whānau affected by cancer, as well as cancer research, prevention and support services.

We loved finding lots of little ways to show our support throughout the week!

💛 Ginette did a fantastic job transforming our reception into a sea of yellow – balloons, daffodils and decorations everywhere!

💛 The team headed to Alioke for lunch, with everyone adding a splash of yellow to their outfits!

💛 Charlotte & Georgina were looking very on-theme and happily posed for a Daffodil Day snap!

💛 We spotted some beautiful daffodils while out and about and bought some gorgeous ones for the office too, with proceeds supporting the cause.

💛 And of course, supporting a good cause is even better when there are treats involved! Danelle tried some delicious citrus slices from Wildflowers Pre-school as part of their Daffodil Day fundraising – their chef is seriously the best! 🍋

What a great week supporting an incredibly important cause, while bringing a little extra sunshine and yellow into the office. 🌼

This week’s camera rolls are proof that our Property Managers get to work in some pretty spectacular places!

🌊 Sharon, our Relief Property Manager, soaked up some incredible coastal scenery while travelling between Greymouth and Westport.
🏔️ Charlotte was treated to this idyllic outlook from one of her properties – where water meets mountains. Not a bad view on the job!
☀️ McKenzie captured one of those perfect clear blue-sky days whilst out and about doing inspections.
🌅 And Ginnette caught the most beautiful skyline, with the prettiest colours lighting up the horizon.
