Back in the game! Really fun to be back in the top 30 after a year without racing, and better yet, on home soil. Wouldn’t be here without all the people who continue to support and believe in me. Now let’s see where we can take it!

Successful camp down under. I was able to get back into full intensity training and a few races without any back issues. We’ve got a great crew this year and I’m looking forward to the season. Time to hammer down!

Back to this in a few more weeks! Been healing up nicely.

After battling a disc herniation for several months, my injury only got worse and surgery became necessary. Got it successfully cleaned up and am on the road to recovery now.

It will be a few months until I can ski again. Not how I wanted my season to go, but that’s life.

Thanks to everyone who helped give me the opportunity to try and race this year, it means the world to me. I’ll be back before you know it.

Elk down! It’s no trophy bull to hang on the wall but I’m very excited to load up with some delicious meat! They say elk meat is good for healing back injuries…

Good news and bad news. The bad news is that I won’t be able to start the World Cup opener tomorrow at Sölden because of some back problems. The good news is that I’ll have a nice chunk of time now to get things figured out. It’s a long season and I will live to fight another day.
