Hi all

We have decided to close down for the summer (or lack of) and will not be open this weekend except for a Private Hire on Sunday.

While we have had some average weather and awful winds, we feel like we may have also missed the mark in bringing something of interest for kids in the area. We would love to hear your feedback on what could make this work, or alternate summer activities for kids in the region.

We have had some comments along the way, and here are some of the key things we needed for this venture:

1. Flat sealed area - grass becomes too muddy and makes a mess of the slide
2. Fencing, power and water - as these cost a lot to set up, it would push prices up if not already available.
3. We know we need a big enough area for a slide or similar for those under 1.2m
4. We see it as a destination to come to (as you need to have togs) rather than walking by and just coming in, hence the central yard we used.
5. We need a price that works for everyone - what does this look like for you? Bear in mind we pitched to cover running costs only this time round, which didn't quite work out.

While we are a little deflated we couldn't get this idea ramped up enough, we still see a need for something over summer for local kids. So your feedback and ideas are welcome.

OPEN today from 12pm. Our 2nd to last weekend, so come try it out. $8 for 30 mins or $15 an hour. Adults are more than welcome to join the fun! 10 Wi Neera Dr, just behind Big Save.

We love receiving feedback about our slide, and would love for you all to come try it out for yourselves.

So we are doing $5 for 30 minutes this Saturday between 12pm - 7pm.

It could be our last weekend running, but hopefully we can get enough interst to keep going through summer.

Big kids (adults) more than welcome to join in! All sliders just have to be over 1.2m tall.
