Hey guys,
You will be seeing this young man Otis’ face a lot over these coming weeks over socials and for good reason too. He is our 15 year old nephew who has been dealt a tough gig & is fighting for his life in a battle with an extremely rare cancer called Desmoplastic small round cell tumour (DSRCT). The aiga/family from all over are coming together to raise the much needed funds for his treatment (likely off shore) and we are asking for your support for his Gala Auction night to be held here in Wellington at the end of this month. There is a Givealittle page that so many people have generously donated to already, however it is the Gala Auction night that we are now going all out for, if you or your businesss would like to contribute in any way, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

A pleasure being apart of this awesome event. for the 2nd year running we have donated to the cause aimed at children less fortunate to have a xmas event to remember. Day packed full of fun and pressies at Te Rauparaha Arena 27th November.

Well what a session. Today our apprentices sat and meet with Nik O'Connell] on mental health and wellbeing in the construction industry. The session was used as a guide to see what will be helpful to these young men/women and the industry when they are at their weakest, most vulnerable, or time in need when they are on site. From this moment on, Straight Forward Building Solutions will be doing all it can to provide the necessary tools to help our team. Nik O'Connell] thanks so much look forward to working with you in the future.
