At Red Bridge Fitness we offer a selection of group classes and personal training:
Every session will improve your movement and mobility with a strong focus on good ex*****on of all the exercises. Progressions and regressions are prescribed to each individual to ensure you’re working at a level of difficulty that is appropriate for you!
Body weight fitness - a session using only your body weight as resistance where we manipulate leverage and positions to give you a great workout. This focuses on whole body strength (particularly the core), flexibility and fitness and is a great way of improving your body awareness.
Strength and conditioning - this session is focused around seeing weekly strength increases in 4 main barbell compound movements being, squat, overhead press, deadlift and bench press. This is a great session to improve your ability to move an external load and build whole body strength.
Cardio - a session where you will have your heart rate elevated from start to finish. This session is aimed at increasing your aerobic and anaerobic fitness through a variety of elements including running, air bike, skipping, jumps and other means. This session utilises long endurance efforts and shorter burst intervals to boost your overall capacity to handle work. You won’t be able to get yourself out of breath after a few weeks of these!
